Elf Vira LLC provides clearly scoped, one-time digital services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and client confidence in our consulting and technical support offerings.
Consultations
Account Audits
Full refunds are available for Marketing Consultations before the scheduled 60-minute session begins. Once the consultation is delivered, a change-of-mind refund is not provided.
For Advertising Account Audits, cancellation after work begins is reviewed based on the documented work performed. If only part of the agreed scope is completed, a refund for unearned work is provided.
Tracking Setup
Shopify Support
For GA4, GTM & Lead Conversion Tracking Setup, cancellation after work begins is reviewed based on the documented work performed. If only part of the agreed scope is completed, a refund for unearned work is provided.
Shopify Support & Maintenance is limited to up to 4 hours. Cancellation after work begins is reviewed based on the documented work performed. If only part of the agreed scope is completed, a refund for unearned work is provided.
Completed services are not refundable solely because of a change of mind or because marketing outcomes did not meet expectations. If the delivered service does not match its agreed scope, please contact us to review the issue.
