By accessing and using the services provided by Elf Vira LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our digital marketing and Shopify support offerings, ensuring a clear and professional scope for all one-time purchases.
1. Service Offerings
Elf Vira LLC provides five distinct digital services: Marketing Consultation, Advertising Account Audit, GA4 & GTM Setup, Shopify Support & Maintenance, and One-Time Google Ads or Meta Ads Setup. Each service is a one-time, non-recurring purchase with no subscription or recurring billing requirements.
2. Pricing and Payment
All services are priced in USD. Payment is processed through our secure payment integration at the time of checkout. Once a service is purchased, a confirmation is issued, and the company coordinates requirements and scheduling via email.
3. Scope and Coordination
The scope of each service is strictly defined. For example, Shopify support is limited to up to 4 hours of work, and advertising setup is limited to one selected platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads). You must provide appropriate account access and business context to coordinate the work.
4. Digital Delivery and Responsibilities
All written recommendations and digital deliverables are provided via email. You are responsible for providing timely information and lawful materials. Elf Vira LLC does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, lead generation, or platform approval.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, full refunds are provided for services not yet delivered. Once a service is completed, it is not refundable solely due to a change of mind or marketing results.
